Our History

When the governor of California signed a bill in September 2003 banning ephedra effective January 1, 2004, Keith Struxness, Founder and Master Distributor of Xtreme Health Formulas went on the fast track, pouring money, time and energy into this company and preparing to deliver the only ephedra-free product that actually works to fill the massive void in the California marketplace.

What came next changed everything — a bombshell from the federal government in the form of nationwide ephedra ban!

Understanding the power of being "first to market," Keith assembled a strong corporate team that put the infrastructure in place in preparation for the April 12, 2004 national deadline backed by federal law. Millions of Americans were spending billions of dollars each year on Ephedra-based products that successfully helped to boost their energy, make their workouts more effective and shed excess weight — and it all came to an end on a single day! From that day to the present, although many companies have attempted, people who try our product agree it is the only choice for an Ephedra-Free product that actually works!

Keith J. Struxness
Founder

Keith was born on December 10, 1959 at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Keith's father was the youngest person in history to reach the rank of Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, and Keith and his four brothers grew up in a fiercely competitive, achievement-focused environment. Today, Keith resides in Southern California with his wife Terri of 24 years, and their own three enthusiastic achievers within sight of the Vandenberg rocket launches.

Keith followed the family pattern of early achievement, trading real estate at age 21, and holding an impressive portfolio by age 25. He learned what makes a business work by owning his own businesses, and the issues and advantages of striking out on your own. In the late 80's, Keith discovered network marketing, and used the skills he'd developed to becoming a top earner and area leader in his spare time.

Having always been athletic and very active, Keith became frustrated at seeing his weight gradually climb to over 240 lbs, and, in 1991, began using an ephedra-based product. With this product, he was able to bring his weight down as well as sustain the high energy level he needed to keep up his busy schedule. But the writing was on the wall that Ephedra would soon be off the market, and he began the search for an alternative that would give him the same results. To his amazement, he found what others had already discovered — that none of the more than 30 nationally known brands he tried were actually as effective as his Ephedra-based products had been.

Keith's personal need became the basis for the business opportunity that is now Xtreme Health when he finally discovered and acquired the all-natural herbal formula that became Xtreme Health's first product.

David brings Xtreme Health and its distributors more than two decades of corporate executive experience managing marketing and sales organizations for multi-million-dollar Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer companies in the U.S. and internationally. He fell in love with the power of our industry to give real opportunity for wealth to anyone willing to put in the time and energy, and he has "worked both sides" in MLM as a distributor and an owner.

As President of Xtreme Health Formulas, Inc., David is committed to having the company make a real difference in the world by providing our distributors with the products, compensation plan and training necessary for them to achieve dramatic levels of success. His goal is for Xtreme Health distributors to have best opportunity and distributor experience in the industry.

Stephen E. Roth
National Training Director

National Training Director Stephen Roth brings our distributors over twenty years of extensive experience in marketing and selling techniques, including all forms of advertising, Internet marketing, relationship marketing, retail/wholesale sales, and more. Along with this he trains in common sense time management, running your business so it doesn't run you, and the actions that are important to making the difference between good results and insanely great results.
Regardless of your level of experience, there will be information of value on the company's Training calls, hosted by Stephen the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month as a Free service to our distributors.

Stephen has won numerous industry awards, and spent more than 10 years with Fortune 100 company Citigroup, where he worked with some of the top mentors and trainers in one of the world's largest industries. As National Training Director, Stephen's goal is to identify, promote, and enable distributors to adopt both innovative and traditional technologies and marketing strategies with the result that their hard work and focus produce the maximum possible growth and income from their Xtreme Health business.

Kevin Allen
Director of Information Technology

Kevin has been working with Information Systems since he earned his first degree in computer programming at the age of 18 in 1974. He has an extensive and varied background in network engineering and Internet development.

He has been working with online services wide-area-networking since the mid 1980's and began working professionally with web development in 1993. He oversees the management of Xtreme Health Formulas' corporate network and Internet systems. In addition to all the tasks he performs, Kevin is also an important key to facilitating communications between our executive staff and off-site development teams.

Kevin is a fourth generation Californian and has lived in the Inland Empire with his wife Betsy for twelve years.

I have health concerns. Are Xtreme Health Formulas products safe?
When starting any supplement program you should always consult a trusted health-care professional.

How do I approach my health-care professional?
We recommend that you take the ingredient list to your health care professional and ask, "Is there anything listed here that I should not take?"

How many capsules can I take in a day?
Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period with our energy formulas or our Natural Detox formula. [Do not take capsule(s) on an empty stomach.] Everybody has a different tolerance level. Most people will take one capsule of a specific product in the morning and be good the rest of the day. Some people will find that one capsule is too much for their personal tolerance. In some rare cases, our energy customers have told us that they take one capsule in the morning then another capsule in the early afternoon, and that keeps them at an energized level throughout the whole day.

What should I feel when I take an Xtreme Health Energy product?
People experience a variety of great results. Xtreme Health Formulas energy products are designed to increase your energy, boost your metabolism, assist in weight loss, and reduce your appetite.

Does Xtreme Health Formulas’ Energy Formulation contain Ephedra?
Xtreme Health Formulas’ products do not contain Ephedra. We have the first and to our knowledge the only truly Ephedra-free products that actually work.

Do I have to become a distributor to buy the product?
No, you may buy any of our products from any authorized Xtreme Health Formulas distributor. If you would like to purchase Xtreme Health Formulas products at wholesale pricing for distribution, you should join the company as a Distributor. If you would simply like to receive your preferred product as a reliable automatic monthly shipment, you can become a Preferred Customer. Preferred Customers receive a discount on their purchases. Getting Started

How do I get started?
Simply click on the Join Now link located in the top left Main Menu of every web page. This will take you to a signup sheet. If a name or pin # does not appear in the sponsor box, then get with the person that referred you to the website. They can give you the proper name to type there. Fill out the entire form including payment information, and you're on your way. Please note that because this is a "binary", as more people are being sponsored you will be experiencing "spillover". So remember ........... it is important to work closely with your "sponsor".

Will I be an Xtreme Health Formulas employee when I join?
No. Although you will need to abide by all the rules and regulations of Xtreme Health Formulas, you will be an Independent Distributor (ID). You will be able to set your own hours and work when you want. You will also be responsible for any taxes and/or business licenses your local or federal government requires.

Explanation of Terms

What is a Sponsor?
The person that introduced you to the Xtreme Health Formulas opportunity is your sponsor. He or she is the person that will help you grow your business. Please contact your sponsor if you have any questions not answered on the website.

What is a Binary Compensation plan?
The Binary Compensation plan is designed to have only two legs (a right leg and a left leg) . When a person is sponsored, he or she must either be placed the right side or the left side of their sponsor's organization.

What is spillover?
When the sponsoring member signs up more than two people they are forced to put new people underneath people that are below them. This results in your sponsor helping you build your sales organization or you helping your people build theirs too.
